How do I pay rent?
Please pay us by Internet banking and please make sure that you use the reference number otherwise we will not be able to recognise your payment.
How can I make sure I'm never behind in rent payment?

What happens if I don't pay rent on time regularly?
If you do not pay rent on time regularly, then we will not renew the lease. Therefore, you will be required to vacate the property.
Do I need to complete my Ingoing Condition Report?
Yes. The report must be signed and returned to our office by post, email or hand delivered
within 14 days
from key collection date.
What if I lose my set of leys or swipe cards provided at the beginning of the tenancy?
You must inform us in writing as well as make full payment of the replacement set and any other fees involved, such as delivery fees from locksmiths or strata.
What if I requested repairs and found out that there was no repair required by the tradespeople?
In this case, you are liable for the cost of any service call charges levied by the tradespeople.
What if I requested repairs and one of my appliances was causing the problem?
You are liable for any call out fees charged by the attending tradesperson. You are resposnsible for maintenance or reapirs to any electrical appliances you own.
How do I renew my lease?
We will contact you prior to your lease expiry date to negotiate a lease renewal.
My fixed term lease is coming to an end. Do I need to renew the lease?
Should you wish to stay at the property, you will be required to renew the lease prior to the lease expiry date.
What is a fixed term lease?
A fixed term lease (or tenancy) is a contract where the parties agree on a single, specific length for the tenancy: usually for six months or one year, although it can be for any period as long as the period is fixed.
What is a Periodic Tenancy?
Periodic Lease Agreements do not have a date that the tenancy ends. They continue until either the tenant or landlord give appropriate written notice to end the tenancy, following the periods described in the Tenacies Act SA.
What do I need to do if I intend to leave at the end of lease period?
Provide us written notice prior to the lease expiry date. Please follow the proper notice period as stated in the Residential Tenancies Act 1995.
How long will it take for me to receive my Bond back?
We aim to process and release your bond within 7 days of the end of the tenancy if there are no claims on the Bond. The Bonds Online authority will release the bond and it will be paid to your bank account.
